JBL C34 Pair 001 System (Worldwide Shipping) [Description] This product is a corner type speaker system released by JBL in 1952, It is a pair of JBL C34 . A corner type speaker system that uses a rear loading horn. This product is an early model C34, and you can see its initial appearance from the photo. Both are matched pairs manufactured at the same time using Douglas-fir plywood. Matched pairs are very rare. One of the masterpieces of Mr. Alvin Rustig, who has been working on JBL enclosure design since the early 1950s. The design that Mr. Rustig designed has raised the speaker system to the realm of art, turning from the box that was just function-oriented until then. In terms of its performance, the C34 attracted attention, and it did not just sell the beauty of the speaker’s appearance, but had high performance that was commensurate with its appearance. It was solely under the full supervision of Mr. Bill Thomas, and his quest for insatiable sound was realized. What should be noted is the fidelity of the bass reproduction. Its rear-loading horn design allows the sound to circulate around the speakers The bass output becomes very plump, and it realizes powerful and comfortable bass reproduction. [Condition] Good Condition and Excellent Exterior looks. Exterior is beautifully finished and all the components are in excellent/perfect working condition as well. As you can see in the pictures, this item is in superb condition.
