Returned Packages – Sometimes packages might get returned to us for a variety of reasons. These might include incomplete / incorrect address, unclaimed packages, or other reasons. When this happens the return process is unfortunately very long. The package will get sent back to the main shipping hub before being sorted and sent to our local post shop. As a result, the return process for a package like this can sometimes take 3-4 weeks before the package can be retrieved and resent out.
